Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup Pure Cane Sugar
  • 3 oz Strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Puree
  • 1 box Fresh Strawberries(Sliced)
  • 1 Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Recipe
  • 1 Chocolate Ganache Recipe
  • 1 buttercream icing recipe
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

  • Preheat over to 350.
  • Add Butter, Sugar and Strawberry Jell-O to mixer and mixed til combined.
  • Mix in eggs 1 at a time.
  • Mix Baking Powder and Flour together.
  • Add in half flour then half milk.
  • Repeat.
  • Add Strawberry Puree
  • Split mix in half and put into 9' pans
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until you can place a toothpick in and it comes out clean.
  • Let Cakes cool.
  • Use Butter cream to ice edge of lower cake
  • Fill with chocolate ganache
  • Place sliced strawberries on ganache.
  • Place 2nd cake on top.
  • Add Crumb coat and place in fridge
  • Ice cake with buttercream.
  • Place in fridge.
  • Top with chocolate strawberries.
