Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. hickory smoke flavoring
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 lb. deer meat (1/2 wide, 1/4 thick)
Method
- Mix first 7 ingredients together in large bowl.
- Place meat in bowl with mixture.
- All meat must be covered.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 200°.
- Place meat on cookie sheet by single layers.
- Bake at 200° for 3 hours.
- Turn meat over 1 1/2 hours before done.
