Ingredients
- 12 large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Method
- Clean shrimp and set into bowl.
- Add in all your ingredients and mix well.
- Leave in bowl, covered in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Place shrimp on skewers or grill pan.
- Grill 1- 1 1/2 minutes each side.
- Shrimp should turn fully pink.
- Eat nice and hot, enjoy!
