Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
- 1/4 c. juice from oranges
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Method
- Cook cranberries, sugar, ginger and juice on high, covered, for 7 to 11 minutes until the berries pop.
- Stir in oranges and nuts.
- Chill.
- Makes 3 cups.
