Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 3 carrots (whole or cut up)
- 1 onion, cut in half or diced
- 1 c. French dressing
Method
- Combine cranberry sauce and French dressing in a bowl.
- Place onion and carrots in the bottom of a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover chicken in sauce and place on vegetables.
- Use remaining sauce to baste chicken.
- Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
- Will serve 4 to 6 people.
