Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can flaked crabmeat
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- pinch of salt and paprika
- red pepper (optional)
- bread rounds
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients and refrigerate.
- Toast bread rounds on one side.
- When ready to serve, pile crabmeat on toast rounds.
- Sprinkle with grated American cheese.
- Broil until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
