Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 oz. frozen coconut, thawed
- 1/2 c. canned milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Mix coconut and milk.
- Set aside.
- Mix eggs and sugar.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Add coconut and milk mixture.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Use deep dish for pie crust.
- Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 350° until firm.
