Ingredients
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk or water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 baked pie shell
Method
- Cook in double boiler until thick the cocoa, flour, sugar, salt, milk and butter; beat egg yolks and put into filling while cooking. When thick, pour in pie pan crust and let cool. Beat egg whites with 3 level tablespoons sugar and put on pie. Put in oven until brown or you can use whip cream.
