Ingredients

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels, divided
  • 1/2 c. candied cherries, chopped
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Grease twelve muffin cups or line with cupcake liners.
  • In large bowl combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Stir in 1 3/4 cups chocolate morsels and cherries; set aside.
