Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 6 oz. diced Velveeta cheese
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 whole diced chicken
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • sprinkle of Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Saute diced onion.
  • Add diced Velveeta cheese, milk, cream of chicken soup and whole diced chicken. Mix until
  • melted.
  • Cook lasagna noodles. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan 3 noodles, 1/3 cheese mix, 1/3 cottage cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat twice.
  • Bake at 300° for 45 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered at 350°.
