- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 6 oz. diced Velveeta cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 whole diced chicken
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 (10 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute diced onion.
- Add diced Velveeta cheese, milk, cream of chicken soup and whole diced chicken. Mix until
- melted.
- Cook lasagna noodles. Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan 3 noodles, 1/3 cheese mix, 1/3 cottage cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat twice.
- Bake at 300° for 45 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered at 350°.
