Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken, boiled
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 sticks Ritz crackers
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Spread chicken (after deboned) in a buttered casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream well and pour over chicken.
- Crumble Ritz crackers fine.
- Spread over the top of chicken.
- Melt margarine and dribble over the top.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
