Ingredients
- 6 whole chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 pkg. Ritz cracker crumbs (around 3 doz.)
Method
- Simmer chicken with small amount of salt until tender.
- (I use pressure cooker.)
- Bone and cut into small pieces.
- Place in rectangular casserole dish.
- Add mushrooms.
- Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
