Ingredients
- 1 whole Small Carrot, Grated
- 1/3 cups Oats
- 1/3 cups Almond Milk (or Soy, Regular, Etc.)
- 1/4 cups Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Light Cream Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ginger
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, drizzle with maple syrup (if desired). Enjoy for breakfast, no cooking necessary.
