- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped croutons
Method
- Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium with mixer until blended.
- Add all remaining ingredients except nuts and croutons; mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Shape cheese mixture into ball.
- Combine nuts and croutons in pie plate.
- Add cheese ball; roll until evenly coated.
