Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
  • 1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped croutons

Method

  • Beat cream cheese and shredded cheese in medium with mixer until blended.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except nuts and croutons; mix well.
  • Refrigerate several hours.
  • Shape cheese mixture into ball.
  • Combine nuts and croutons in pie plate.
  • Add cheese ball; roll until evenly coated.
