Ingredients
- 3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix
Method
- In a shallow bowl, combine the corn flakes, Parmesan cheese and salad mix.
- Dip chicken in butter, then roll in corn flake mixture to coat.
- Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
- Yields 8 servings.
