Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 2 or 3 potatoes, boiled until tender
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Boil potatoes until tender; peel skins off and mash.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350°.
