Ingredients
- 12 ounces lean ground beef
- 3 green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 12 teaspoons mirin
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 60 wonton wrappers
Method
- Finely mince green onions.
- Combine all filling ingredients squeezing to combine well.
- Dip a finger in water and run it around the edge of your wrapper.
- Drop 1 1/2t of filling into the center of your wrapper and pinch closed.
- Place dumplings on baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap.
- (At this point the dumplings can be frozen and transferred to a plastic bag.)
- Arrange a single layer of dumplings in a steamer basket and steam over boiling water for 7 minutes.
