Ingredients

  • 2 x beef tenderloins trimmed
  • 4 ounce lobster tail meat cooked canned or possibly frzn okay
  • 3 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice salt to taste

Method

  • Cut the tenderloins lengthwise part of the way through to butterfly them.
  • Place the lobster meat inside of the cut on the tenderloin.
  • Combine the lemon juice and butter, then drizzle it over the lobster meat.
  • Add in some salt if you like.
  • Close the meat around the lobster, securing it with string or possibly skewers at 1" intervals.
  • Grill over medium heat for 25-30 min, turning occasionally.
  • Remove and let stand covered with foil for 5 min before slicing.
  • This dish is very easy and impressive at the same time!
  • I have used Crabmeat in place of the lobster with great results!
