Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- egg noodles
- garlic salt to taste
- pepper
Method
- In skillet, saute margarine and onions.
- When tender, add ground beef and fry.
- Drain fat and add soup, mushrooms, garlic salt and pepper.
- While simmering, prepare noodles.
- Add cooked noodles to beef mixture.
- Let simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
