- 3 lb. spareribs (finger-size)
- 2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. cream-style horseradish
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 medium onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- dash of salt and pepper
- dash of garlic powder
Method
- Place spareribs in a 2-quart glass utility dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Pour over ribs.
- Cover and cook in microwave for 45 minutes.
- Turn and rearrange ribs every 10 minutes.
