Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices cubed white bread
Method
- Cream butter (oleo) and sugar.
- Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in pineapple.
- Fold in bread cubes.
- Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
- Serve with ham, pork, chicken or turkey.
- Serves 8.
