Ingredients
- 16 slices bacon
- 2 None ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 None lemon, juiced
- 1 splash Tabasco
- 8 slices bread, crusts removed
- 6 tbsp creme fraiche
- 1 head baby Romaine lettuce
Method
- Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season the mashed avocado with lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread 4 slices of bread with creme fraiche and guacamole. Arrange lettuce leaves and bacon on the guacamole and top with the remaining slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve 2 per person.
