- 1-1/2 c. graham crackers, crushed or crumbed
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
- 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine butter and graham cracker crumbs.
- Pat mixture into bottom of 9 X 13 baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Evenly spread the milk and cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Gently spoon on apple pie filling. Sprinkle pecans and cinnamon over pie filling.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
