• 1 - Boil Water:
  In a kettle, bring the filtered water to a rolling boil.
• 2 - Steep Tea:
  Add green tea leaves to a teapot, pour boiling water, and cover. Steep for 2 minutes.
• 3 - Strain Tea:
  Strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
• 4 - Add Sweetener:
  If desired, stir in honey until dissolved.
• 5 - Serve:
  Pour into cups and garnish with lemon slices if using.
