• 1 - Prepare the Pork:
  Pound the pork loin to about 1/2 inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
• 2 - Dredge the Pork:
  Coat the pork in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
• 3 - Heat the Oil:
  In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
• 4 - Fry the Cutlets:
  Fry the breaded pork cutlets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
• 5 - Serve:
  Slice the Tonkatsu into strips and serve with shredded cabbage, Tonkatsu sauce, and lemon wedges.
