Instructions

• 1 - Prepare the Fish:
  Season the fish fillets with chili powder, cumin, and salt. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side until flaky.

  In a separate pan or directly over the flame, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.
• 3 - Assemble the Tacos:
  Place a portion of cooked fish on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage and a squeeze of lime juice.
• 4 - Add Toppings:
  Drizzle sour cream over the tacos and sprinkle chopped cilantro for added flavor.
• 5 - Serve:
  Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
