• 1 - Prepare Bread:

  Cover the container with a cloth and let it sit at room temperature for about 24 hours.
• 5 - Strain and Bottle:
  After fermentation, strain the mixture into bottles, adding raisins if desired.
• 6 - Refrigerate:
  Seal the bottles and refrigerate. Let it chill for at least an hour before serving.
