Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 1/2 cups of chicken
- 1 teaspoon of chopped italian seasoning
- salt to taste
- 8 cups chicken broth
Method
- Dice the carrots and cook in broth for 15 minutes. Dice the zucchini and add to the carrots and broth. Then, put in 1 tsp chopped italian seasoning and 1 1/2 cup chicken.
- Cook another 15 minutes.
- Salt to taste. Serve about 2 cups into each bowl, and voila!
