Ingredients
- 1 qt. sliced apples
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour or clear jell
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix sugars, flour
- or
- clear
- jell,
- cinnamon and salt. Add to apples, stirring well.
- Let stand overnight.
- Cold pack in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
